‘Michelle has been an extremely effective and inspiring coach and I have thoroughly enjoyed our time together over the past 12-18 months. During our sessions she has been part thought provoker and part cheerleader for my development. She was able to provide a healthy debate to my decision making and her challenging questions enabled me to truly understand my strengths and weaknesses. She provided me with some amazing tools to work with and she helped me create some well thought out strategies for the work place as well as my personal life.
